Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
Apply paint, varnishes, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Mix paints to achieve the desired color and consistency.
Install wallpaper, decorative coatings, and other finishes as required.
Ensure that all work adheres to safety regulations and high-quality standards.
Maintain painting equipment, tools, and materials to ensure readiness and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a professional painter or in a similar role.
Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality results.
Good physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.

Competencies

Strong problem-solving skills when encountering challenges in preparation or application.
Excellent color perception and precision in application.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
