Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and remote support software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
