Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee training and development initiatives, ensuring that training programs align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with management to design and implement employee engagement programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
