Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring decisions.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support employee training and development initiatives, ensuring that training programs align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with management to design and implement employee engagement programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
