Key Responsibilities

Operate cranes to lift and move materials and equipment on construction sites.
Inspect and maintain crane equipment to ensure safe operation.
Coordinate with site managers and other workers to determine material lifting needs.
Follow safety procedures to avoid accidents and damage to materials and equipment.
Ensure that all lifting operations are conducted within load limits and safety regulations.
Keep accurate records of crane usage, maintenance, and safety checks.

Job Requirements

Valid crane operator certification and relevant licenses.
Proven experience operating cranes in construction or similar industries.
Strong understanding of crane operations and safety standards.
Ability to interpret site plans and follow lifting instructions.
Good physical condition and ability to work at heights or in adverse weather conditions.

Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with site teams.
