Key Responsibilities

Assist in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and structures.
Operate and maintain construction machinery and tools safely.
Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors to ensure work meets specifications.
Assist with the setup and cleanup of the construction site.
Ensure the safety of the worksite by following all health and safety guidelines.
Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies for the construction process.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certification is a plus).
Previous experience in construction or similar field is preferred.
Ability to operate basic construction tools and machinery.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

Competencies

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members.
Physical fitness and the ability to handle strenuous tasks.
Willingness to learn new skills and improve work processes.
