Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project status and any potential risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, with a track record of successful completions.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and project management software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and legal documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
