Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to customer preferences.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
Interact with customers to take orders and provide recommendations.
Maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
Handle cash transactions and provide receipts for customers.

Job Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverages is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy environment.

Friendly and approachable demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak hours.
