Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and replace roofs on buildings, ensuring proper installation techniques.
Inspect roofs for damage and wear, identifying areas that require maintenance or repair.
Work with various materials, including shingles, tiles, and metal, to create watertight roofs.
Maintain safety standards on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.
Clean and maintain roofing equipment and tools.
Coordinate with clients to ensure roofing projects meet their expectations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar trade.
Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation techniques.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Good physical stamina and ability to handle strenuous tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Competencies

Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and addressing roofing issues.
Ability to follow safety protocols and work in hazardous environments.
