Key Responsibilities

Manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Oversee hotel budget, ensuring cost control and financial targets are met.
Handle guest complaints and feedback, ensuring resolutions are handled promptly.
Train and develop staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar managerial role.
Strong understanding of hotel management software and booking systems.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage difficult situations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and staff interactions.
Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and operational costs effectively.
Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
High level of customer service skills to enhance guest experiences.
Strong organizational skills to maintain smooth hotel operations.
