About the job

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, take food and drink orders, and provide menu recommendations.
Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and ready for new guests.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Process customer payments and provide receipts for transactions.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
Ability to multitask and handle a busy restaurant environment.
Excellent attention to detail in taking orders and serving food and drinks.
Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
