Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and arrange replenishments as needed.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to track shipments and resolve issues.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics data.
Ensure compliance with all transportation and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with logistics software and tracking systems.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and customers.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Competencies

Strong analytical skills to assess and improve logistics operations.
Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Detail-oriented approach to managing shipments and inventory.
Effective negotiation skills to manage supplier and carrier contracts.
