Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and quality production.
Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Assist with the assembly, packaging, and labeling of products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety and health standards.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Report any malfunctions or issues with machinery to the maintenance team for timely repairs.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training is a plus).
Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles (preferred).
Ability to operate production machinery and tools effectively.
Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or issues with products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing production issues.
